Controlled Environments

A controlled environment is an area that must have certain temperature, air pressure and humidity requirements.  Controlled environments are becoming very common in industrial manufacturing facilities as a way to reduce contamination during the manufacturing process.

Unlike cleanrooms, controlled environments do not necessarily have to meet certain standards for particle contamination.
